A Ahern	United Kingdom I have purchased from many optical cable factories in China a few years ago, all kinds of quality problems have been disturbing, later on I went to Hanxin's factory. I saw they had good production equipment and testing equipment. And saw that they have carried out quality inspections in every process from the raw materials entering the factory to the production. Meanwhile all orders can be tracked. Since then, I thought it is a very professional factory. For these two years, Hanxin did not let me down!

He often sent me some greetings on Instant messaging tools, but I didn't want to change the supplier, So I often just reply to him perfunctorily. Last September, my customer told me that there were 6 pieces of 144-core OM4 optical fiber patch cords with quality problems. He had to replace them within 72 hours. If the acceptance time was exceeded, he would suffer serious economic compensation. I contacted the previous supplier and other friends urgently, and they all needed five days to meet the delivery date at soonest. So, I turned to try and ask if Rick can help me this favor. After 15 minutes, he responded to me promptly and efficiently with the following: The 144-core optical cable can be produced at two o'clock in the afternoon. The connector department in their factory is ready to process and produce these 6 pieces optical fiber patch cords at any time. After getting the optical cable, the patch cords can be done at seven o'clock in the afternoon. Thank God, it is not too late to handover to DHL. This day, I spent in tension and gratitude. By 7pm, Rick told me that all the goods were tested OK, but DHL told him that the goods received at this time would arrive 12 hours later than I expected. So at that time he was calling me on the way to Hong Kong Airport, and he needed to check these 6 patch cords before 9.30 pm in the air emergency transportation, Thank God, thank Rick, I got the goods in the expected time at last. I believe this is an experience of racing against time that neither I nor rick will forget.
